What should I wear to my first yoga class?

Choose a top and bottom that feel comfortable when you reach, bend, and sit, then check your studio’s mat and footwear guidance. Our first yoga class outfit guide shows three Flowmango combinations and a quick movement checklist.

How do I choose a Pilates bra, tank top, or zip-up?

Start with the layer you want. The Inner Flow Control Bra has adjustable straps and removable cups. The Urban Flow Tank Top has a softly fitted shape and removable cups. The Dot Flow Hooded Zip-Up is a layer for before or after class. Compare the styles in our activewear tops guide; check each product page for its current options.

Which bottoms should I choose for yoga, Pilates, or everyday wear?

Choose the silhouette that feels right for your routine: close-fitting leggings, flared leggings, joggers, or wide-leg pants. For a close-fitting option, see the Inner Flow Leggings in Black. What sizes are available?

Sizes vary by product. For leggings, flared leggings, joggers, wide pants, and shorts, compare the brand’s S–XL body-waist reference and style-specific garment measurements in our Bottoms Size Guide. For Inner Flow bras, the Urban Flow tank and Dot Flow zip-ups, compare the brand’s body-chest reference and style-specific flat measurements in our Tops Size Guide. Bras and the tank have S–XL options, while the zip-ups have M and L options. Select your size on the individual product page before adding it to your cart. For help with a specific style or fit, tell us the product and size you are considering through our contact page. The body-size reference is not a bra cup chart or a universal fit guarantee.

Where do you ship, and when will my order ship?

Flowmango currently ships online orders within the United States. Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day. Carrier transit is typically 3–7 business days for Standard and 1–3 business days for Express after the carrier receives the package; delivery estimates are not guaranteed. How much does U.S. shipping cost?

For an order subtotal under $100 after discounts and before taxes, Standard shipping is $8 and Express is $15. For a subtotal of $100 or more, Standard shipping is free and Express is $8. The full shipping policy explains timing and exceptions.

Can I visit a Flowmango store or pick up my order?

Flowmango sells online and ships orders within the United States. Our fulfillment location is not open for in-person shopping, and local pickup is not available. Please place your order online and choose an available shipping option at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. They must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging when applicable; final-sale and certain hygiene-sensitive items are excluded. Contact us before mailing a return. For an approved return, Flowmango emails a return label, and the customer purchases it unless the return is due to our error. We do not charge a restocking fee. How do I ask about an order or a product?

Are Deep Flow All-Day Crew Socks grip socks?

They are cushioned crew socks. Grip-sock features are not listed for this style, so check your studio's requirements before wearing them to class. See the Deep Flow All-Day Crew Socks product page for the current details.

How should I wash Flowmango activewear?

Care depends on the style. The leggings, bras, tanks, shorts, joggers, and zip-up pieces listed in our Flowmango activewear care guide call for a cold machine wash with similar colors and hang or flat drying. Our crew socks also allow tumble drying on low. Check the care label and individual product page before washing.
